To officially register for MedReCon 2025, please follow both steps below:

1. Fill out the Registration Form (displayed above on this page).

IMPORTANT: At the top of the Registration Form, please select which days you will attend the conference. This will help us know the exact number of participants for better organization.

2. Send ONE email to medrecon.info@ssst.edu.ba containing:

The completed Registration Form (downloaded or screenshot, depending on the form format).

A photo or scan of the payment slip as proof of payment.

Both the form and the payment slip must be sent together in the same email for your registration to be considered complete.

Participation Fees

Early Bird (until 31st of March, 2025)

1 Day Ticket: 15 KM

All 3 Days: 40 KM

Regular (1st of April - 8th of May, 2025)

1 Day Ticket: 20 KM

All 3 Days: 50 KM

On-Site Registration (during conference days)

1 Day Ticket: 30 KM

All 3 Days: 70 KM

If you plan to attend 2 days, the price will be calculated as 2 times the 1 Day Ticket rate for the period you are paying (Early Bird, Regular, or On-Site).

All MEDICA members will receive a 50% discount on the registration fee.

NOTE: Please make sure to select your conference attendance dates in the Registration Form and pay according to the selected days. This way, we can organise the event smoothly and ensure the best possible experience for everyone!
